New Year, New Plans

I've finalized my show schedule for 2022. Below you'll find a list of the shows I'll be attending this year, however, the shop is always open.   • February 26: Michiana Master Gardeners Garden Expo Northern Indiana Event Center, 21565 Executive Parkway, Elkhart, IN 46514

Michiana Master Gardeners’ Association is hosting its Third Annual Garden Expo for the community featuring one of the country’s most recognized and trusted personalities in gardening and sustainability, nationally known gardening expert, TV/Podcast host, author, columnist and speaker Joe Lamp’l (aka joe gardener®). There will be educational workshops and demonstrations, as well as opportunities to shop and purchase from a variety of vendors throughout the day.

  • July 23: 2nd Annual Ruthmere Ceramic and Pottery Fair Ruthmere Museum, 302 E. Beardsley Ave., Elkhart, IN 46514. Visit Ruthmere online at https://ruthmere.org/.


Regular guided tours of Ruthmere Museum and Havilah Beardsley House are on the hour from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 1 to 3 p.m. Sundays. For more information, call 574-264-0330 or visit ruthmere.org

Ruthmere Campus overlooks the confluence of the St. Joseph and Elkhart Rivers, residing at the heart of the Beardsley Historic District Neighborhood, a nationally recognized site on the National Register of Historic Places. Ruthmere Museum presents the “Ruthmere Museum Ceramic & Pottery Fair” on the Ruthmere grounds at 302 E. Beardsley Ave.

Skilled potters will exhibit handcrafted pottery. Visitors may also watch a demonstration of how pottery is thrown on a potter’s wheel and enjoy “Coffee on the Piazza” with free coffee and local musical talent.



Come enjoy the gardens, live music, local food vendors, and art from a wide variety of artisans.


The Michiana Pottery Tour includes more than 30 artists at multiple locations across northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan. The two day tour takes place on the final Saturday and Sunday of September every year.


The tour promotes the Michiana region as a hub for contemporary ceramics. Michiana has been home to many clay artists for more than 4 decades. Its also a new home for many new and emerging ceramic talents.


Many of the participating artists are local to Indiana and Michigan, however several guest artists from neighboring states will also be participating. This tour is a great opportunity to view a wide variety of work and discover new local artists. Nearly all of the participants have lived or worked in the Michiana area at some point in their career.


  • October 14-15: Christmas at the Farm Old Barn Market and BBQ Stream Cliff Farm, 8225 S County Rd 90 W, Commiskey, IN 47227. Visit online at https://www.streamclifffarm.com.


At the Old Barn Market you will find a wonderful array of creative items for sale ranging from old farm objects to beautiful jewelry, painted furniture, signs, primitive, vintage and shabby chic antiques as well as articles we love to call "junktique". Expect to have a fun shopping experience. Booths are inside the old barn, the charming Chapel, as well as tents and canopies in the meadow field by the barn. There will be a huge smoker cooking delicious Pulled Pork BBQ as well as other great food all served from the Chuck Wagon. Lunch will also be available in Twigs & Sprigs Restaurant and the Winery Pavilion, 11:00-4:00.
